Common Issues

The menu window failed to open or render. Most common cause is region-lock interference or a stale Macho session.

• Connect to a VPN — North America region recommended. Some ISPs and regions block the handshake.
• Restart your game completely (close FiveM from the taskbar, reopen).
• Relaunch Macho and disable Stream Proof before injecting — Stream Proof can hide the overlay from the process it's running under.
• Make sure you're on the latest Macho build. Open Macho and let it auto-update if prompted.

The overlay is live but toggles have no effect in-game.

• Confirm Macho shows Attached status — if it says Searching the executor isn't hooked into FiveM yet.
• Switch to a different server and test there. Some servers have configurations that block specific natives used by features.
• Check your plan — Exploits and Triggers features are locked to Weekly and above.

The DUI bridge between Macho and the menu is dropping its connection.

• Disable Stream Proof in Macho — this is the most common culprit.
• Run Macho as administrator.
• Add Macho's folder to your antivirus exclusions. Windows Defender sometimes quarantines the loader mid-session.

When Nori fails to load it returns a hex error code. Find yours below.

Your key was rejected at startup.

• Double-check the key in your dashboard — copy it fresh, don't retype it.
• Check your access window. Day Pass and Weekly keys expire — the dashboard shows the exact expiry time.
• If you just purchased and the key isn't appearing, wait 2 minutes and refresh the dashboard. Payment processors occasionally have a short delay.

• Make sure you're using the email address you purchased with, not your Discord email (they may differ).
• Clear your browser cache or try a different browser / incognito tab.
• Use the Forgot password flow on the login page — a reset link arrives within a minute.

• Wait up to 5 minutes and refresh — Stripe webhooks occasionally have short delays.
• Check your spam folder for the confirmation email which also contains your key.
• If it's been over 10 minutes, open a ticket in Discord with your payment receipt and we'll resolve it manually.

• Use the Reset Macho Auth tool on the main page — paste your Nori license key to check your reset count and cost.
• After a successful reset, re-open Macho and re-enter your key. The old auth binding is cleared immediately.
• If the reset page shows an error, your key may be in an unresolvable state — contact support on Discord.

• Run Macho as administrator.
• Add the entire Macho folder to your antivirus / Windows Defender exclusions, then re-download the latest build from machocheats.com.
• Make sure Visual C++ Redistributable 2019+ is installed — the Macho installer should handle this, but a broken install can skip it.
• For further Macho-specific help, contact Macho support directly at machocheats.com.

• Fully launch FiveM and connect to a server before attempting to attach — Macho needs the game process fully running.
• Close any overlays (Discord overlay, GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar) that may conflict with process attachment.
• Restart both FiveM and Macho, then try attaching again.
